Hi. I’m Rachel.

After more than 15 years at some of the world’s most renowned advertising and PR agencies, I founded R Digital in 2018 with a vision to deliver an extensive set of strategic & creative marketing services, along with all the execution. Soup to nuts, including quality outcomes, measurable success, and meaningful relationships. The goal was to create a new type of agency model - designed to constantly evolve and expand a creative and strategic skill set. No glass ceiling. No compartments. No bounds.

My swiss-army-knife skill set and learn-as-you-go mentality have always been key differentiators and unique assets to clients, agency partners, and employees throughout my career.

My work style is uncomplicated. I believe if an idea is strategically sound and compelling, there’s a way to make it happen - no matter the circumstances. I crave simplicity and trust intuition. I strive to remove the complexity in all aspects of my life.

I love partnering with clients who care about giving back and channeling their mission into their business model. There’s something beautiful about helping transform passion points into products & services designed to make a positive impact. I love partnering with small businesses and entrepreneurs - there’s nothing more invigorating than being entrusted to breathe life into a brand for the first time. I also have the big agency chops to work with global brands to deliver powerful marketing ecosystems.

BEFORE R DIGITAL

Before founding R Digital, I was the SVP, Head of Account Management & Digital Strategy for Edelman Digital at their global headquarters in Chicago. In this role, I led digital strategy, digital content solutions, and all things client service. 

I spent the majority of my agency career at BBDO in Chicago, in the role of VP, Director of Digital Content and Partnerships, and before as VP, Integrated Account Director across the SC Johnson portfolio of brands. Before joining BBDO, I led the United MileagePlus account for WPP and managed a multi-dimensional gaming and product platform for Burger King Kid’s Club. My first client was Dove - a timeless, iconic brand. It was a dreamy entry into my career. I launched the Dove Go Fresh line of products for millennials across digital and social platforms back in 2007 and was an integral resource in the launch of Dove Hair Care in North America. I’m proud of the brands I’ve served and the award-winning work we’ve created together.

Life stuff

I reside in Chapel Hill, North Carolina by way of Chicago, IL. I received a B.A. in Journalism & Communications from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, graduating with honors. I’m a fitness enthusiast, gardener (veggie-fanatic), and lover of all artistic outlets.
